Welcome to Tifzo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tifzo platform operated by LaZie Tech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Tifzo platform (including our website, mobile applications, and any associated services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Tifzo is a subscription-based marketplace that connects consumers with home cook providers for daily meal delivery. The Service includes consumer-facing ordering and subscription features, provider dashboard and menu management, and delivery partner logistics tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Some features of the Service require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions on Tifzo cannot be paused. You can cancel your subscription by generating an invoice through the platform and clearing all outstanding dues within the designated timeframe. Failure to clear invoice dues within the specified period will result in appropriate legal action.
If you register as a Provider (home cook) or Delivery Partner, additional terms and agreements may apply. You agree to comply with all applicable food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and delivery protocols as outlined during your onboarding process.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LaZie Tech Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LaZie Tech Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LaZie Tech Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City to be determined], India.
